Our service packages—including FBA Package Design and Amazon Image Optimization—are clearly listed on our website. Prices are typically listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice based on market demand and project complexity.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full Payment Required: Payment is due in full before we begin any photography, 3D rendering, or SEO work.
  • Invoice Issuance: Upon placing an order, an invoice will be generated and sent to your provided email address.
  • Payment Confirmation: Work will commence only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

4. Refund & Revision Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of our creative services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However:

  • Client Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the final deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Revisions: We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, make reasonable revisions to ensure the assets meet your brand’s expectations.

5. Currency & Taxes

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to the total amount during the checkout process based on your local jurisdiction and billing address.

6. Late Payments & Service Suspension

  • Late Fees: For custom enterprise quotes, payments not received within 7 days of the invoice date may incur a late fee of 5% of the total amount.
  • Service Suspension: Continued non-payment beyond 14 days may result in the suspension of active projects or the withholding of final high-resolution files.
